Since our inception in the Mississauga community, Lisa and Russ have been dedicated to empowering seniors to age with grace in their own homes and supporting the families who want to ensure the best possible quality of life for their loved ones.
They firmly believe in the importance of maintaining independence for seniors while offering the necessary support to do so. As active advocates for seniors' rights and well-being, they align their values with the 91% of Canadian seniors who express the desire to age in place.
The joy of knowing they're making a difference by helping seniors remain in the place where they feel safest and happiest is what drives Lisa and Russ every day. They understand that sometimes, a little help is all it takes to maintain independence. While owning and operating a business is their livelihood, their true reward comes from witnessing their dedicated Care Team enriching the lives of seniors in the Mississauga community.
Beyond their business endeavours, Lisa and Russ are deeply involved in community initiatives. They are active members of CARP (Canadian Association of Retired People) and collaborate with various local charities, leveraging their association to extend support and care beyond the confines of their office.
Family plays a significant role in their lives, with their son Matt and his fiancée Renee residing in Halifax. At home, they find comfort in the companionship of their beloved 10+ year old black cat, Gemma.
Their commitment to excellence has not gone unnoticed. With four consecutive Readers' Choice Awards for outstanding Senior Home Care, their Care Team's dedication and compassion have been recognized by the community. Moreover, their efforts during the pandemic were honored when they were chosen as "Covid Heroes" by the Mayor of Mississauga, a testament to their unwavering dedication to serving seniors in times of need.
