ICBC Recovery Support: In-Home Care for All Ages

Support at Home Following a Motor Vehicle Injury

Recovering from a motor vehicle injury often requires more than clinic-based treatment alone.

We support youth, adult and senior ICBC clients in the home, helping bridge the gap between appointments where fatigue, mobility challenges, or cognitive overload can impact follow-through.

Our role is to reinforce recovery strategies in real-life environments, ensuring progress made in clinic translates into daily function.

We support:

  • Mobility and safe movement within the home
  • Fatigue management and energy conservation
  • Daily routines and activity pacing
  • Adherence to therapy plans through structured support
  • Confidence-building and gradual return to independence

Help at Home During Injury Recovery

Our caregivers are trained to support youth, adult and senior clients recovering from motor vehicle injuries, working alongside your ICBC-approved care plan.

We understand that recovery is not just physical - it involves consistency, routine, and the ability to follow through between appointments.

In-home support may include:

  • Assistance with daily activities and routines
  • Reinforcing physiotherapy or occupational therapy goals
  • Safe mobility support inside and outside the home
  • Structured support to maintain progress between sessions

Working Alongside Your Recovery Team

We work collaboratively with your healthcare team to support your recovery journey.

Our services are designed to complement the work of:

  • Physiotherapists
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Kinesiologists
  • ICBC case managers

By supporting clients in their home environment, we help extend and reinforce the care plan - improving consistency, safety, and overall recovery outcomes.

For individuals not covered under ICBC, we also offer private-pay services. Pricing details are available upon request.
